Between us we have over 40 years experience of working in the customer service and complaints handling industry. And the lion’s share of this experience was at the Financial Ombudsman Service, so we know what it takes to get to the heart of a complaint and resolve it. 

For us, it’s not about a tick box exercise and it’s not about giving you information for the sake of it. Our workshops are interactive and packed full of our combined knowledge and experience.

Our training days are all about us giving you the knowledge, the tools and confidence to be able to use the information as soon as you go back to the office.
